2009-001	Shack	14 Dec 2008	The 2009 CCPO Lease has been delivered to the property owner in two different formats. One format is similiar to last year's with minor updates. The second format includes our request to utilize the access roads off of Rt 208. I have requested that he sign and return the lease of his choice and hope to be receiving that back shortly.
2009-002	Shack	18 Dec 2008	Thanks to Adawg for heading up the CCPO Lease Raffle, and to all those great people who donated items for the raffle! A very special thanks is also in order for all those who purchased raffle tickets or simply made cash donations. Due to your combined efforts and generosity, we now have the funds requried to secure the lease and pay for maintenance materials. Due to your efforts, the lease will remain free to all who agree to help us maintain the property.
2009-003	Shack	30 Dec 2008	The 2009 New Lease Member meeting schedule has been posted. The PME schedule will be released once the owner provides his list of maintenance priorities.
